Where we work
We work with organisations in financial services, the public sector, policing, logistics and retail. Those sectors have something in common that shapes how we work: the systems matter, the constraints are real, and a change that breaks something is not an acceptable trade for a change that ships quickly.
How we work
Alongside your existing IT staff, not around them. Most of what we do involves systems that already exist and teams that already run them, so the useful measure of an engagement is whether your team is in a better position at the end of it than at the start.
We do not have a single methodology to sell. What a piece of work needs depends on what is already there, what it is costing, and what has to keep running while it changes.
